Terms of Use for the GoShuka Mobile App
1. General Provisions
These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the relationship between users and the
operator of the GoShuka mobile app (hereinafter referred to as the "App") and define the procedures for using the
App. By installing, using, or otherwise accessing the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with the
Terms, please refrain from using the App.
2. App Operator
The App is operated by LLC "GoShuka," registered under the laws of the Republic of Armenia (hereinafter referred
to as the "Operator"). Contact details: Website: www.goshuka.am,

3. App Services
The App provides access to a marketplace for purchasing farm products produced in various regions of Armenia.
Services include but are not limited to:
- Viewing sellers, products, and related information;
- Placing orders;
- Payment and delivery of products;
- Providing feedback to sellers;
- And more.
4. User Account
Registration of an account is required to use the App.
User authentication is carried out via a one-time code sent to a mobile phone.
The user must provide accurate and updated information during registration, including the full first name and
last name (name), phone number, and bank account details. This information cannot be deleted. The user is
responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
The Operator reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of violations of the Terms.
5. User Rights and Responsibilities
5.1. User Rights
- To use the App in accordance with these terms, its functionality, and principles of good faith;
- To obtain information about your transactions, products, and services.
5.2. User Responsibilities
- Not to violate the laws of the Republic of Armenia;
- Not to upload prohibited content (off-topic, illegal, offensive, spam);
- Not to use the App for fraudulent activities;
- To always provide truthful information about themselves and their products;
- To adhere to business practices and act in good faith towards counterparts and the App.
6. Operator Rights and Responsibilities
6.1. Operator Responsibilities
- To ensure the proper functioning of the App;
- To protect users' personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
6.2. Operator Rights
- To modify the App's functionality;
- To block user accounts that violate the Terms or have low ratings.
7. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is." The Operator is not responsible for:
- Disruptions in the App's operation not caused by the Operator;
- Losses incurred from using the App, unless caused by the Operator;
- Unlawful actions of users;
- Delays in product delivery;
- Inaccuracies in product information provided by sellers;
- Actions of third parties, including courier services.
8. Changes to the Terms
The Operator reserves the right to unilaterally amend the Terms. Changes take effect upon publication of the
updated Terms in the App. Users are responsible for monitoring updates.
9. Consent to Personal Data Processing
By registering in the GoShuka mobile app, the user consents to the full processing of their personal data,
including:
- Collection, storage, and use of data to ensure the App's operation;
- Processing data to fulfill orders and ensure product delivery;
- Sharing data with third parties to fulfill obligations (e.g., courier services) or as part of partnership
agreements;
- Using data for marketing purposes, including notifications, promotions, and offers;
- Analyzing data to improve service quality and user experience;
- Complying with the laws of the Republic of Armenia, including providing data upon official government
requests;
- Ensuring user safety and preventing fraud.
The user confirms that this consent remains valid throughout their use of the App and can only be withdrawn by
ceasing App use and deleting their account. However, data may still be processed to fulfill obligations to the
user or comply with legal requirements.
Privacy Policy for the GoShuka Mobile App
1. General Provisions
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") governs the collection, use, and protection of
users' personal data in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
2. Data Collection
We collect the following data:
- Personal data (full name, residential and email addresses, phone number, bank account details);
- Data on sellers, orders, and payments;
- Technical data (IP address, device information);
- Other data to enhance the App's functionality.
3. Data Use
Collected data is used for:
- Ensuring the App's operation;
- Processing orders and payments;
- Improving service quality;
- Communicating with users.
4. Sharing Data with Third Parties
We share data with third parties only under the following conditions, ensuring adequate information protection
measures, including encryption, access restrictions, and confidentiality agreements:
- Sharing data with third parties to fulfill obligations (e.g., courier services) or as part of partnership
agreements;
- Using data for marketing purposes, including notifications, promotions, and offers;
- Enhancing service quality and user experience;
- Complying with legal requirements, based on official requests and in strict accordance with the law;
- With user consent.
5. Data Storage
Personal data is stored in a secure database on the Operator's servers and is deleted upon achieving its purpose
or at the user's request, except for primary data (full name, phone number, and bank account details), which
cannot be deleted due to its necessity for user identification, fraud prevention, fulfillment of the Operator's
obligations, and compliance with legal requirements.
6. Data Protection
The Operator takes all reasonable measures to protect data, including:
- Encrypting transmitted information;
- Restricting access to data.
7. User Rights
Users have the right to:
- Access their data;
- Request correction or deletion of data (excluding primary data);
- Withdraw consent for data processing.
8. Changes to the Policy
We reserve the right to amend the Policy. The new version takes effect upon publication in the App.
